Punk&#8217;s eligibility to fight professionally in Ohio, per the state&#8217;s rules and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The executive director of the Ohio Athletic Commission cited Punk&#8217;s pro wrestling background and trusting UFC matchmaker\u00a0Joe Silva putting together fights.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;C.M.
