WWE apparently was not aware of Gunn&#8217;s second career or his suspension until recently, prompting the decision to fire him.<\/p>\n<p>The idea is that Gunn cannot effectively coach the NXT talent at the Performance Center if it appears that he blatantly cheated at this competition. Plus, it appears that he\u00a0tried to hide\u00a0the suspension from WWE.<\/p>\n<p>The interesting thing about the timing of Gunn&#8217;s powerlifting meet is that it was\u00a0right in the middle of Tough Enough filming. Tough Enough aired\u00a0from June 23 to August 25 and Gunn was involved in the day-to-day filming hosting challenges\u00a0and waking up the TE contestants with his infamous bullhorn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UPDATE:<\/strong> Gunn has already been announced for independent bookings.
