Dolph Ziggler went from the -1050 favorite to a +500 underdog.<\/p>\n<p>And, Nikki Bella suddenly flipped to the favorite to win the Women&#8217;s Title at -215. Becky Lynch is now second-favorite at +175. Styles for the WWE World Title.
