Ware), and Oreal Perras (Ivan Koloff) from being able to sue WWE again.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;WWE is entitled to a declaratory judgment on the pleadings that Defendants are time-barred from bringing any claims related to alleged traumatic brain injuries or any other tort claims against WWE,&#8221; argued lead attorney Jerry McDevitt.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Wherefore, the Court should grant WWE&#8217;s motion for judgment on the pleadings in the Windham action and enter the declaratory judgment requested by WWE in its complaint.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A response is due by September 29 before the court rules.<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-3660511700\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>&#8211; Regarding the existing LoGrasso &amp; Singleton vs. WWE suit, the next important date is September 19.
