The <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/HGRVbW3tugc\" target=\"_blank\">two-and-a-half-minute trailer<\/a> features Michaels in key scenes.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"See Shawn Michaels in &quot;The Resurrection of Gavin Stone&quot;\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/HGRVbW3tugc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>July 29 Update<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>WWE Studios has acquired the rights to \u201cThe Resurrection of Gavin Stone,\u201d a faith-based comedy movie that features Shawn Michaels.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/variety.com\/2015\/film\/news\/wwe-studios-brett-dalton-resurrection-of-gavin-stone-1201551104\/\" target=\"_new\">Variety reported<\/a> Wednesday that WWE Studios bought the movie, which wrapped production in the Chicago area last month under the umbrella of Vertical Church Films.<\/p>\n<p>Brett Dalton, star of ABC\u2019s \u201cAgents of Shield,\u201d plays the lead character.
