Raw is inching closer to the year-low set in September.<\/p>\n<p>However, Raw&#8217;s total impressions were 8.026 million, up 20 percent from last week&#8217;s year-low.<\/p>\n<p>Washing out the metrics is Raw ranked #2 among series &amp; specials on Monday night, trailing &#8220;The Voice&#8221; on NBC.
