Punk&#8221; Phil Brooks, has a new book deal to tell the story of her life and wrestling career.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">A.J.&#8217;s book, &#8220;Crazy is My Superpower,&#8221; is scheduled for release in Spring 2017 by publisher Penguin Random House.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A.J. is represented by <a href=\"http:\/\/leshneagency.com\/news\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lisa Leshne of the New York City-based Leshne Agency<\/a>. Asked why the book is set for release in 2017 as opposed to 2016, Leshne <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LeshneAgency\" target=\"_blank\">replied on Twitter<\/a>: &#8220;Good things come to those who wait!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">According to this week&#8217;s announcement, A.J.&#8217;s book will document her &#8220;unlikely rise&#8221; from poverty to &#8220;professional wrestling champion who fought against stereotypes.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The full description reads: &#8220;<em>Three-time WWE Diva&#8217;s Champion A.J. Brooks&#8217;s &#8216;CRAZY IS MY SUPERPOWER,&#8217; a literary memoir chronicling her unlikely rise from 100-pound nerd growing up in extreme poverty and enduring years of abuse, to international sex symbol and professional wrestling champion (known as A.J.
