The arrest came to light this week via report by <a href=\"http:\/\/prowrestlingsheet.com\/wesley-blake-arrested-dui-4th-july-nxt\/\" target=\"_blank\">former TMZ producer Ryan Satin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>PWTorch has obtained <a href=\"https:\/\/myeclerk.myorangeclerk.com\/CaseDetails?caseId=9349080&amp;caseIdEnc=1msfNx7b8S3CnJrPNI33WcKzsQGZrhAVCtpIsVQ8TCo9LNWEm7R%2Bn4UkY2LdZX10gTsTIMbdQv33NSHe96tOhw%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\">court and arrest records<\/a> showing the following events:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Weston was cited for allegedly driving under the influence\u00a0early Friday morning, July 3 in Orlando. Weston was arrested by an officer with the Florida Highway Patrol\u00a0about seven minutes away from WWE&#8217;s Performance Center.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At the time of his arrest, Weston refused a breathalyzer test, which carried a penalty of one-year suspended driver&#8217;s license. <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/tJgMNsJUB10\" target=\"_blank\">Video shows Weston being informed of the situation by FHP officer Junior Jorge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Weston eventually bonded out of jail for\u00a0$500 and a court date was set for July 21.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Court records show the July 21 hearing was cancelled after Weston filed a &#8220;not guilty&#8221; plea on July 13.<\/p>\n<p>The case was moved to a diversion program on August 13, which allows Weston to complete certain requirements to satisfy the penalty of his DUI charge.<\/p>\n<p>Records show that Weston was not present at the Aug. 13 hearing.
