Title. Kingston was scheduled to face incumbent champion Ethan Page and Trevor Lee in a three-way match for the title.<\/p>\n<p>AAW noted on Twitter that Callihan returned to AAW and &#8220;immediately attacked the new champion, Eddie Kingston,&#8221; after the match.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pwtorch.com\/site\/2015\/11\/25\/wednesday-torch-today-november25\/\" target=\"_blank\">PWTorch learned earlier in the week<\/a> that Callihan asked for and was granted his release from WWE.
