I\u2019m kind of afraid, because my knee is so unstable. It\u2019s freaking me out a little, I\u2019m not gonna lie,&#8221; Hardy told the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailystar.co.uk\/sport\/other-sports\/470094\/Fightin-Talk-Exclusive-Jeff-Hardy-difficult-period-wrestling-career-WWE\" target=\"_blank\">U.K. Daily Star<\/a> promoting TNA&#8217;s January European Tour.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRight now I\u2019m mostly concerned about getting better. This is the first serious injury I\u2019ve had in my entire life. This is very new for me. I realize how much I love wrestling now, because I miss it so bad.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Hardy recently experienced a setback in his recovery when he found out he has a torn PCL in his right knee to go with a broken tibia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey put a rod in my tibia, so after all the swelling went down I knew something was wrong with my knee,&#8221; Hardy said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I finally went to the doctor, and I had an MRI, and found out it was a torn PCL. I just started physical therapy last week, it\u2019s been really tough. Hopefully that is going to work and I can avoid surgery. Fingers crossed.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Hardy said if he does get back in the ring, he&#8217;s unsure how he will handle it mentally because he&#8217;s never had a serious injury and wrestled a daredevil style throughout his career.<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-3617846979\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI think a lot of it is psychological.
