AT TOYOTA CENTER<br \/>\nAIRS LIVE ON USA NETWORK<br \/>\nPREVIEW BY FRANK PETEANI, PWTORCH CONTRIBUTOR<\/b><\/h3>\n<h3><b>Arena<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Raw emanates from the Toyota Center in Houston, Tex. this evening as WWE brings its flagship show back after appearing last November following Survivor Series 2017.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Main Items From Last Week<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Last week\u2019s main event featured a gauntlet match to determine the final participant in the women\u2019s Money in the Bank ladder match.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Ultimately Sasha Banks triumphed as Ruby Riott succumbed to the bank statement.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>WWE.com does not show anything scheduled for The Boss, but she is advertised for the show according to the Toyota Center\u2019s website.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Hey, it\u2019s been a while since she and Bayley had a match!<\/p>\n<p>Elias channeled his inner Jeff Jarrett and struck Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins with his guitar while The Architect was at the commentary table following his match with Jinder Mahal.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>This lead to the announcement that Seth will defend his title against our favorite drifter at Money in the Bank.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>With Roman Reigns on the show, do we get a tag match with his former Shield buddy vs. Elias &amp; Jinder?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>WWE historically likes to give us different \u201cflavors\u201d of the matches at upcoming PPVs and this would certainly fall right in line as Roman is set to take on &#8220;The Modern Day Maharaja.\u201d <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sami Zayn apologized for his actions towards Bobby Lashley in that very infamous segment involving Bobby\u2019s \u201csisters.\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Bobby responded by apologizing for what he will do to him at MITB.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>There\u2019s nothing on tap for these two now tonight, but I think it\u2019s safe to say we won\u2019t see any men dressing up as ladies for another repulsive segment.<\/p>\n<p>Nia Jax beat up a local jobber in front of her MITB opponent, Ronda Rousey, who was on guest commentary.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>They ultimately ended up face-to-face in the ring where Nia was having none of Ronda\u2019s intimidating look.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>This week we\u2019ll see Nia take on Natalya.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Braun Strowman vs. Bobby Roode<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>The Monster Among Men will take on The Glorious One as we will see two of the MITB participants go at it.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Bobby Roode has struggled a bit since his move to the Red Brand as he lost to Kevin Owens last week as well as losing recently to Elias.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Braun Strowman is coming off a DQ loss to Finn Balor in a match which ironically saw Kevin Owens interfere.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>We\u2019ll see how WWE plays it this week as we see two fan favorites go at it including one who certainly wants to get on the winning track in Roode.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>This will be no easy task facing Strowman.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Finn Balor vs. Kevin Owens<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>In another battle of MITB participants, the (sometimes) Demon King takes on Kevin Owens.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>There\u2019s more of a history than we may realize here as Balor and Owens feuded in NXT over the NXT Championship a few years ago.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>They were also the first and second WWE Universal Champion, both winning the title back in 2016.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Last week, as you read earlier, KO interfered in the match between Balor and Braun Strowman.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Do we get a decisive finish tonight or does this rivalry develop into further confrontations down the line?<\/p>\n<h3><b>Nia Jax vs. Natalya<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>You read earlier about the confrontation between Nia and Ronda Rousey.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>WWE is certainly staying in the same ballpark as the Raw Women\u2019s Champion takes on Ronda\u2019s close friend Natalya.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>We learned recently that they trained together so it\u2019ll be interesting to see if Ronda plays any factor tonight.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Also, I think it\u2019s safe to assume Nia is the heel in this throw-down after her actions last week?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Pay attention to the actions of both parties.<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-731154106\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<h3><b>Tag Team Battle Royal<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>After last week\u2019s food fight (not BBQ) hosted by The B Team, we will see a battle royal to determine the no. 1 contenders for the Raw Tag Team Championship.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>WWE.com is not officially announcing who is in the match.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>We can assume the food fights guests including The Ascension, Titus Worldwide, The B-Team, Heath Slater &amp; Rhyno, Breezango, and The Revival. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>What is interesting is we haven\u2019t seen the Authors of Pain recently after getting called up from NXT.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Do they make a surprise appearance and take victory?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If not, there\u2019s no clear favorite although the way the B-Team has been going recently it wouldn\u2019t surprise me at all if they win this and head towards a match with champions Bray Wyatt &amp; Matt Hardy.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Other Items<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>The aforementioned Wyatt &amp; Hardy were victorious over The Ascension last week.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Nothing is on tap for the tag champs but with the battle royal on tap they may want to make a statement with their upcoming opponents.<\/p>\n<p>Drew McIntyre, with Dolph Ziggler in his corner, defeated Chad Gable.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Kurt Angle recently told the former tag champ that he was brought here to be a single\u2019s competitor and not tag with his former partner Jason Jordan.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It has been rumored that Kurt\u2019s \u201cson\u201d could be returning soon.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If he does return, does Kurt go back on his word and pair them up to face Ziggy &amp;
