Announced matches: Matt Riddle faces Artemis Spencer, Darby Allin fights in a No Rules match for the ECCW Canadian Title vs. Eddie Osbourne, and a seven-way ladder match. Rey Horus is also announced.<\/p>\n<p>-WWE has announced that &#8220;Raw Commissioner&#8221; Stephanie McMahon will make a historic announcement on Raw on Monday.
