WWE&#8217;s corporate office is listed as the applicant.<\/p>\n<p>The trademark is described as being for good and services related to: &#8220;Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment; fan club services in the field of sports entertainment; organizing and staging entertainment events with wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely, blogs, in the fields of sports entertainment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Original Report January 7<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A stir was created Thursday on Twitter when a question came up about who owns the rights to the &#8220;Bullet Club&#8221; faction.<\/p>\n<p>The answer is New Japan owns the U.S. rights to market the &#8220;Bullet Club&#8221; trademark and logo, <a href=\"http:\/\/tmsearch.uspto.gov\/bin\/showfield?f=doc&amp;state=4805:yqh3wy.2.2\" target=\"_blank\">according to the latest information\u00a0with the U.S. Patent &amp; Trademark Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>New Japan&#8217;s corporate office in Tokyo, Japan filed the trademark in June 2015. The trademark is still live for New Japan to be able to use\u00a0the Bullet Club logo for goods &amp; services related to:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Shirts; pants; headgear for wear; parkas; sweatpants; sweatshirts; jackets; trousers; bandanas; tee-shirts; garters; sock suspenders; braces for clothing, namely, suspenders; waistbands; belts for clothing; footwear other than special footwear for sports.&#8221;<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-2172098336\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>New Japan star Shinsuke Nakamura and Bullet Club members A.J.
