AEW has already announce his replacement against Kenny Omega will be PAC (f\/k\/a Adrian Neville in WWE).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In a nightmare scenario, a serious case of MRSA has returned in my elbow,\u201d Moxley wrote on Twitter. \u201cThe timing couldn\u2019t be worse. In this circumstance I am forced to pull out of the fight 8\/31 vs Omega at All Out. I apologize to all involved, most importantly the fans. I am incredibly frustrated and pissed off.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Although this is a blow to All Out, he expressed confidence he will be fine in time for AEW&#8217;s debut on TNT on Oct. 2. &#8220;I\u2019ll have surgery this week to remove the bursa sac in my elbow and be done with it for good,&#8221; he wrote. &#8220;Should be a quick recovery so I will be 100 percent for AEW Wednesday nights on TNT.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Mayo Clinic website describes MRSA as follows:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection is caused by a type of staph bacteria that&#8217;s become resistant to many of the antibiotics used to treat ordinary staph infections.<\/p>\n<p>Most MRSA infections occur in people who&#8217;ve been in hospitals or other health care settings, such as nursing homes and dialysis centers.
