The Post-WM31 Raw was also the last time Raw scored a 3.o rating.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; One year ago, the post-Rumble Raw when the show was snowed-out drew a 3.28 rating and averaged 4.420 million viewers. This year&#8217;s Raw captured\u00a0the recent downward trend.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Raw averaged 4.098 million viewers, up about 600,000 viewers (17 percent) from last week&#8217;s show.<\/p>\n<p>It was the first time Raw averaged\u00a0more than four million viewers since June 2015 following the TLC PPV.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DVR UPDATE:\u00a0<\/strong>Raw averaged 4.499 million viewers with DVR&#8217;ing factored in, up about 630,000 viewers from last week. There was a DVR bump on top of the big surge in live viewership for post-Rumble Raw.<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-980149542\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>The following is a break down of Raw&#8217;s hourly viewing with DVR viewing factored in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raw First Hour<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4.140 million\u00a0live viewers<\/li>\n<li>329,000 DVR viewers added (7.9%)<\/li>\n<li><strong>4.469 million total viewers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Key Stat: The DVR percentage was the lowest for any hour this year, so the first hour mainly drew a predominantly live audience for the immediate Rumble fall-out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Raw Second Hour<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4.183 million live viewers, slightly up from the first hour<\/li>\n<li>406,000 DVR viewers added (9.7%)<\/li>\n<li><strong>4.589 million total viewers<\/strong>, the most combined viewers for any hour this year<\/li>\n<li>Key Demos: The biggest audience came from general adult viewers, mainly female. Raw scored its highest rating of the night in adults 18-49, adults 25-54, and females 18-49 during this hour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Raw Third Hour<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3.972 million third hour viewers<\/li>\n<li>469,000 DVR viewers added (11.8%)<\/li>\n<li><strong>4.441 million total viewers<\/strong>, nearly topping the combined audience of the first hour and still trailing the second hour.<\/li>\n<li>Key Demos: There was a surge in male viewership during the third hour. M18-49 jumped to a 2.05 rating live and 2.30 with DVR.
