The show drew a 0.87 live a18-49 rating, which increased to a season-high 0.98 with DVR&#8217;ing.<\/p>\n<p>Also, males 18-49 increased from a 0.97 to a 1.12 rating with DVR, which tied with the season premiere for highest through four weeks.<\/p><div id=\"pwtor-3118956164\" class=\"pwtor-content pwtor-entity-placement\"><div align=\"center\" data-freestar-ad=\"__336x280 __336x280\" id=\"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\">\r\n  <script data-cfasync=\"false\" type=\"text\/javascript\">\r\n    freestar.config.enabled_slots.push({ placementName: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\", slotId: \"pwtorchcom_test_300x250\" });\r\n  <\/script>\r\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>Overall, the key demos\u00a0were more encouraging than the overall rating and total viewership.<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0Through the first four weeks of 2016, Smackdown averaged a 1.84 rating and 2.641 million viewers.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Smackdown averaged a 1.93 rating and 2.720 million viewers on Syfy through the first four episodes on Thursday nights after\u00a0shifting from Fridays.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Perhaps most interesting is that Smackdown surged in social media activity on Thursday night post-Rumble, which did not translate to an increase in TV viewership.
