Sioux Falls, S.D.
Report by Aaron Wickre, PWTorch reader

The show started with a Twitter poll. The following choices were: (A) Divas One-on-One Match or (B) Divas Tag Team Match. The poll did not mention which Divas would be participating.

The Sioux Falls Premier Center was almost to capacity. I estimate about 8,000 people attended the show.

(1) IC champion Dolph Ziggler beat Luke Harper to retain the Intercontinental Championship. Standard singles match,.Ziggler put on a foam finger from the crowd and hit Harper in the head with it. The match ended when Ziggler hit the superkick and the Zig-Zag combination for the win.

(2) Los Matadores & Sin Cara & El Torito beat Titus O'Neil & Tyson Kidd & Cesaro & Hornswoggle in an eight-man tag match. Fun match. A lot of comedy spots, including El Torito stealing Hornswoggle's leather jacket. Cesaro did the Big Swing to one of the Matadors as Tyson Kidd hit a dropkick to his head. Eventually, everyone cleared the ring except for Hornswoggle and El Torito. Torito hit a springboard off the ropes on Hornswoggle for the pin.

(3) NXT match: Adrian Neville beat Tyler Breeze. Neville's abdomen was all taped up from the damage taken from Kevin Owens on the last episode of NXT. Breeze used Neville's injury to his advantage for most of the match. Breeze went for the Beauty Shot, but Neville ducked and hit him with a kick to the head, and then followed up with the Red Arrow to win.

(4) The New Day (Big E. & Kofi Kingston) beat WWE tag champions The Miz & Damien Mizdow in a non-title match. New Day was more over with the crowd than I had expected. Before the match, Xavier Woods cut a long promo about what he's getting all his friends for Christmas. (Hint: It's costs $9.99.) Damien Mizdow is even funnier in person. He had one of the best reactions of the night. The New Day hit their finisher to win.

(5) Naomi & Emma beat Cameron & Sasha Banks. The poll vote was 66 percent in favor of a tag match. Shortest match of the night. It went about 10 minutes, with Naomi hitting Sasha Banks with the Rear View for the win.

(6) U.S. champion Rusev beat Jack Swagger to retain the U.S. Title. About the same as what you would expect from Raw. Swagger got caught in The Accolade, and actually picked Rusev up in a standing position. Unfortunately, he did not have enough strength to reach the ropes, and fell back to the ground, forcing a tap-out shortly after.

(7) Roman Reigns beat Kane with Ric Flair as special referee in the main event. Flair got the biggest babyface pop of the night. Kind of a boring match. The crowd was into it, but there was nothing new that they hadn't seen before. Flair was out of position a most of the time, and his count cadence was about 50 percent slower than a normal referee's. An argument ensued between Flair and Kane. Then, Flair fired up on Kane with a flurry of chops as Reigns recovered in the corner. Reigns then nailed Kane with the Superman Punch and the Spear to end the final bout of the show.

Overall, a fun time. Neville and Breeze was a nice surprise, since they were not advertised for the show. I expect a Raw or Smackdown to visit sometime soon. The arena is brand new, and is about the same size as Sioux City (about an hour from Sioux Falls), where they normally have the live TV events.
