ETC. News: Hogan family no-shows hearing regarding Nick's car crash fallout Oct 14, 2007 - 1:59:48 PM
The family of John Graziano, the ex-Marine who is likely to need nursing home care the rest of his life, is battling over guardianship. At a court hearing last week, the Hogan (Bollea) family were subpoenaed to appear, but no-showed, according to the Tampa Tribune.
Th father is fighting for guardianship because he has concerns that John's mother was receiving financial aid from the Hogan family. The mother has been awarded interim guardianship.
"If I had a situation where I was in critical condition like that, I would want my mother to make the decisions rather than some person coming from the outside who doesn't know me and doesn't love me," George Tragos, Debra Graziano's attorney, said after the hearing.
