-- ROH wrestler Claudio Castagnoli has a new blog on his re-designed website. Good tips on how to be Very European. From Thursday: "Other than going to the gym three times today I didn’t do that much. Oh wait, I did. I went tanning and grocery shopping too. And now I'm writing this waiting for TNA to come on. And I spilled soup all over the couch. Yes I'm clumsy." Very European Claudio blog.

-- Interesting story about WWE diva Mickie James in a toilet paper race during an airplane trip to Disney World as part of the 20th annual "Dreams Take Flight" charity event. Mickie was one of the celebrities on the plane trip from Ontario, Canada to Florida on Thursday. Mississauga News story.

-- ECW GM Tiffany is auctioning off a collection of photos on WWE's website to raise money for Hope Children's Home in Tampa, Fla. The organization helps find new homes for abandoned children. Auction details on WWE Universe.

-- Lance Storm says wrestlers would make for good contestants on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" TV competition. (Kurt Angle is being considered for the next season. Storm told Tim Baines in the Edmonton Sun why wrestlers would perform well on the show.

"I think a wrestler could be good on Dancing with the Stars," Storm said. "As wrestlers, we've got to remember the choreographed moves and then do them. I can't imagine me anywhere close to winning it, though. The rhythm would be my downfall."

Storm also talked about being saddled with the "boring" gimmick in WWE earlier this decade. "The way Vince (McMahon) explained it to me, it would get the fans interacting. It was akin to the 'You suck' and Kurt Angle. They would chant 'boring' at me." Storm interview in the Edmonton Sun.
