-- The Philadelphia-based CHIKARA wrestling promotion has released a three-DVD set for their annual "King of Trios" tournament that took place last month at the former ECW Arena.

Included on the shows from April 23-25 are former TNA wrestler Christopher Daniels, TNA tag team Generation Me (the Young Bucks), ROH wrestler Eddie Kingston, and the entire King of Trios tournament.

The video set is available on smartmarkvideo.com.

-- CHIKARA released today new details on their forthcoming "CHIKARA: Rudo Resurrection" video game. Production has begun on the new video game and the current plan is to release the video game by the end of the year.

"Today, we are proud to announce that CHIKARA, in partnership with Rogue Brains, have begun the production of Rudo Resurrection, intended for release later this year," CHIKARA said in a press release. "We couldn't be more pleased to have found a development team that not only understands and respects CHIKARA's take on pro-wrestling, but also embraces the greater mythology our microcosm hosts."

The video game won't be a traditional in-ring pro wrestling video game. "It's safe to say that Rudo Resurrection is less of a wrestling game and more of a story-driven action game that harkens back to some arcade favorites from decades past," CHIKARA said.
