Ring of Honor president Cary Silkin provided an informal business plan outline for ROH going forward in an interview with Alex Marvez this week. The following are highlights of Silkin's interview, which is available at Scrippsnews.com.

-- Silkin said ROH plans to hold a live Monday night TV episode in 2011 as ROH tries to increase its exposure on HDNet next year.

-- ROH will be reviewing its taping schedule in 2011 to reduce the lag time in-between the TV tapings and air dates on HDNet.

-- Silkin claimed 2,000 PPV buys for the "Glory by Honor IX" Internet PPV on Saturday night, counting their expected total for replay orders through GoFightLive.TV. Although on a small scale, PPV buys have steadily increased through four offerings thus far.

"Our numbers are not going to knock anyone over, but we're building," Silkin said. "These shows are not very expensive for us to produce. It's a good opportunity for fans to see a live Ring of Honor show, too."

-- Silkin said he believes pro wrestling's popularity has "hit the wall" and they're trying to find fans who aren't aware of there being an alternative to WWE and TNA.

"We've basically hit the wall," Silkin admits. "There are a certain amount of fans who look at wrestling-related websites. The rest of the world watches WWE, probably not even TNA, and once in a while goes to a show. They don't really care about other wrestling and are not even aware of it. We're trying to reach those people."

-- Silkin also talked about trying to find the right mix of stars with the seemingly-revolving door of top talent with Tyler Black on the way out, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin potentially being brought back after their debut at Saturday's PPV, and talent like Christopher Daniels and Homicide coming available after their TNA releases in 2010.

"It could happen where there are too many guys available," Silkin said. "There's no lifetime guarantee in any of these companies. Guys grow out of favor or they want to move on and so forth."
