TNA News: Consquences Creed gets contract offer, ceremony at indy show last night Oct 21, 2007 - 1:08:12 PM
Austin "Consequences" Creed has been offered a contract by TNA, likely meaning the Truth & Consequences tag team with Ron "The Truth" Killings will continue, replacing Team Pacman.
PWTorch.com correspondent Larry Goodman reports that TNA Booking Director Bill Behrens handed Creed the envelope containing the contract in the ring at last night's NWA Anarchy show in Cornelia, Ga. Creed received a tremendous ovation from the over 200 fans at the NWA Arena, the same fans who had witnessed Creed's ascension to stardom over the last 17 months. Behrens referred to the contract offer as an opportunity to fulfill a dream.
Behrens mentioned the other TNA stars that once called the NWA Arena home including A. J. Styles, Hotstuff Hernandez, Abyss, and Ron Killings.
Creed made his Anarchy debut on June 3, 2006. Creed was paired with Hayden Young to become one of the hottest acts in the company as Awesome Attraction. Their current six month reign is the longest in NWA Anarchy history.
WK ANALYSIS: Creed was a very good fit style-wise for Killings, as they both have charismatic and individual styles in the ring. He also seemed like a solid worker in that one match and had a good look for a tag team with Killings.
