TNA ran three house shows over the weekend in Texas after running two shows in Texas the previous week. TNA stuck to the same outline of matches on all three shows without much deviation, similar to WWE's house show scripts. Following is news, notes, and analysis from the weekend shows.

-- TNA World Hvt. champion Kurt Angle was back on the road working all three shows after being allowed back in his home in the Pittsburgh area on Wednesday. Angle wrestled a singles match against Abyss on Friday, then teamed with British Invasion against Abyss and Team 3D on Saturday and Sunday to spread out the workload.

-- Bobby Lashley made his TNA house show debut with three singles match victories. They were pretty much squash matches with Lashley defeating Eric Young on Friday and Sheik Bashir on Saturday and Sunday.

-- Sarita, Angelina Love, Eric Young, and Sheik Bashir were the only wrestlers to work all five TNA house shows in Texas the past two weekends. The previous week's top match-ups were A.J. Styles vs. X Division champion Samoa Joe and TNA tag champs Booker T & Scott Steiner vs. Beer Money.
