TNA writer Vince Russo says tonight's TNA Impact will be a new season with plenty of big changes for the company and he's not sure if he will be part of the future.

"Seasons change, people change, feelings change...tomorrow TNA changes and it will never be the same again," Vince Russo said on Sunday night/Monday morning writing on his Facebook page at 2:00 a.m.

Russo's melodramatic blog included multiple references to "people worried about their futures." Russo said he's "not one of those people" even though he's not sure where he fits into the grand scheme of things in TNA.

"What's going to happen to Vince Russo is going to happen to Vince Russo," he said. "But, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't concerned - not for myself - but perhaps for others. After tomorrow TNA will never be the same again, and for good - or bad - people's lives will change."

Russo reflected on his work trying to get young talent ready for TV. He candidly said not everyone on the TNA roster is ready for TV and he doesn't believe the new management team (he never mentioned Hulk Hogan or Eric Bischoff by name) will wait around for them to be ready.

"It's hard not to be anxious at a time like this. I've been a part of TNA, on and off, for almost 8 years now. I have watched many of these kids grow up; turning from boys to men. There's been a lot of growing pains - A LOT of growing pains. Many of our guys and gals had never even been on TV before they came to TNA," Russo said. "Some weren't ready. Some still aren't, but the whole time we were a family who lived together, and died together."

Russo continued: "Tomorrow the pros come in - the big hitters who have been there and done that. ... The pros who won't slow down to let the kids catch up - this time the kids will have to catch up on their own and there isn't anything that a Vince Russo can do to help them. Sooner, or later, I knew that it would come to this point. Yes, it is hard for me to let go - but I know I have no other choice."

Russo closed with a parting shot claiming he's "worked his but off" in TNA to try to turn the young talent into ready-made TV stars, but it's "never been good enough."

"TNA was always family. It was small enough to be that way. We were special, we were unique, and no matter what any critic out there has ever said about us, we busted our butt every week and took great pride in what we did," he said. "But - in this business - that just wasn't good enough."

Caldwell's Analysis: Everyone has a story to market right now in TNA. Russo is looking to play the "misunderstood" sympathetic babyface to keep his name out there just in case his future doesn't include a spot writing for TNA. There are plenty of potentially-combustible elements in TNA right now, so it will be interesting to see how it plays out after tonight's Impact.
