Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart made an appearance on Don Imus's show on Fox Business this morning, with Hogan mainly talking about his personal life and his past steroid use in a clip released this morning by Fox Business.

After walking through the basics of Hogan's "redemption story" chronicled in his recent book, Imus asked Hogan if he used steroids and if he still does.

"Naaaw," Hogan said about whether he still uses steroids. "I think we've been re-educated. I'm back at my weight when I was in ninth grade here - about 290 pounds. When I was on steroids, I was about 325, 330."

"Yeah, I beat my body up pretty bad," Hogan said before Imus asked if the steroids had any effect on his health. "I don't think any. I didn't abuse them. When I did them, it was a situation that it was legal at the time and the doctors would monitor you and I would always have my blood taken. It wasn't a situation where I went to some gym and buy a bag of unlabeled bottles and try to get to 450 pounds. I had a little bit of common sense. You can tell the guys that went down that road have health problems now and things are crazy wrong with them."

JC: It's funny Hogan would say that, as he would rarely cycle off steroids when he was on top in WWE, which allowed him to have the huge, muscular physique almost 52 weeks per year so he could continue to be a top draw.

Imus commented that Hogan looks healthy and Hogan played the self-deprecation card that he still needs to sit down once-in-a while on the interview tour.

"I feel great. Every once in a while, I'll have to sit down when the legs go numb and I break this crazy sweat looking for a chair to sit down in."

The interview closed with Imus referencing a letter sent in to Hogan about the impact Hogan's character had on the person's life. Hart, with his trademark high-pitched voice, talked about the wanting to cry when he read the letter.

"Pull yourself together, Jimmy," Imus quipped in his dry style to close the interview. The humorous exchange is in the video below.
