James Caldwell, Torch Assistant Editor (6.0)

Good show. Not the best show of the three thus far, but a solid main event bumped this up to a "thumbs up" show. It seems as if the "star power" is slipping after three weeks, but WWE is trying to compensate by putting some budding young talent like Ted DiBiase, Carlito, and Evan Bourne in a position to get some quality face time.

Carlito showed some good fire against Ted DiBiase. I really, really liked what I saw from Carlito getting his shine before ultimately taking a loss to DiBiase. Ted DiBiase is growing into that heel role of leading a match. He's not quite there to an Edge/Jericho/Orton level yet, but he's young and has time on his side to grow into the role of playing the heel in a singles match.

Evan Bourne is being put through the ol' Test Machine trying to work around Paul Burchill and create a compelling match. Bourne sold the knee work very well to build up for an all-guts Shooting Star Press to finish off Burchill and show that babyface spirit. I'm trying to warm up to Burchill as a legitimate heel act, but there just isn't any personality to latch on to. What's his story? What is he competing for? Why does he show up at the arena? Viewers need something to latch onto beyond he's just a big, bruising heel.

The opening divas match was fine. Melina vs. Michelle McCool for the Women's Title should be a nice little feud on Smackdown. Meanwhile, Gail Kim has just been okay since returning. There just isn't that spark from when she was the star of the Knockouts Division in TNA. Hopefully she can find it sooner rather than later.

Jon Mezzera, PWTorch.com Contributor (7.5)

This was a good episode of Superstars. It wasn't great, but I somehow doubt it ever will be. I will take three solid to good matches a week. It was nice to see a Divas match without four to six extra Divas who never even tag in, that goes longer than 3 minutes (hey, this one was 5 which isn't great, but better), and features pretty good (although sloppy at times) wrestling action. Paul Burchill vs. Evan Bourne was better than their match from ECW a few weeks back. They both went 10 minutes, but that one dragged for 4 minutes in the middle, whil this one was good throughout.

Ted DiBiase vs. Carlito was another good 10 minute match. I am looking forward to a Priceless vs. Colons feud, hoping that it is drawn out and that Priceless has to deal with some failures along the way before winning the Tag Team Championship. I can even put up with a Raw Rebound since there wasn't one on ECW this week, and I would rather see it on Superstars if it has to be on at all. I still don't think it is needed since I highly doubt anyone watching Superstars didn't watch Raw. How about an ECW Rebound for a change?

Greg Parks, PWTorch.com Contributor (7.0)

A solid show. Clearly, a few weeks in, the focus will be on in-ring action and chances are, that's only going to help the quality of the show. The women's tag match to start the show was fine and they actually got to tell some semblance of a story during it. Not sure how Alicia Fox became a heel though. I kinda liked her as a face. Bourne vs. Burchill was good once again, and I'd agree with Jon that it was a notch above their ECW match a few weeks back.

The main event was good as well. Dibiase and Carlito showed the beginnings of what could be a good tag feud, but would WWE be willing to portray these two teams as evenly matched? Plus, Dibiase and Rhodes are always so busy with Randy Orton, I feel like WWE doesn't even want to put them in a long-term type of feud.
