ECW HITS

"12 Rounds Video": This may surprise some of you who read my Raw Hits & Misses as I gave this same video a Miss, but I think I treated in unfairly. That Miss was really just about the fact that WWE was still hyping the movie after it bombed its opening weekend. I was upset that they had a video so I didn't really pay attention to the quality of the video itself. That was really well done. It got me more excited to see the movie than any of the other hype. I'm still on the fence, but after that really gripping video I am leaning more towards seeing it this weekend.

HBK - Undertaker Video: This has been the best hyped match for WrestleMania and it was a very good video highlighting what has happened so far. It did a good job of recapping the feud and making me want to see the match more than I did before, if that was even possible considering that I have been waiting to see this match for a few years. I look forward to seeing it again on Smackdown and again at WrestleMania.

Cena - Edge - Big Show Video: After the first two video packages, I was a bit surprised to see a third instead of some original content, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Just like the Michaels - Undertaker video, this one on the build towards the triple threat World Title match was well produced and made me realize just how good the build has been. I know I have complained about it some, but the build has gotten much better lately and I for one can't wait for this match.

Orton - Triple H Video: What a treat! After those three videos, plus a history video on WrestleMania 23, WWE treated us to the fifth video of the show, a gripping video of the history of Randy Orton and Triple H. It was great. Again, I look forward to seeing it on a similarly produced Smackdown (as in very little original content) and WrestleMania. The only problem I could see with the video is that while I enjoyed sitting through it, it was hard to do when I was waiting in great anticipation for the announced Bella vs. Bella main event.

ECW MISSES

None: I never thought I could enjoy an ECW without Jack Swagger or Evan Bourne this much! It is good that WWE presented such little original content as they obviously have run out of ways to hype WrestleMania, so they just showed the hype that's already happened. And as I said, I look forward to more of the same on Friday.

For those of you who didn't get it, please note that this Hits & Misses was posted on April 1st. I absolutely hated this show.
