There's no sense in talking about other things this week. We all know that WrestleMania is this weekend, so this is a special Friday edition of your favorite PWTorch column: Falls Count Anywhere, the WrestleMania Edition!

-Before I jump into predictions, some food for WWE Hall of Fame thought. While talking to my buddy, John Gigliotti (@JohnGigliotti, follow him!), he brought up an interesting hypothetical situation that we disagreed on. Had Christian, former 2-time NWA Champ in TNA, still been with said company, would he have been allowed to come to the WWE HOF to induct his best friend Edge into the HOF? I believe that everyone agrees Ric Flair has earned that right in the wrestling business and that's why he's been allowed to be in Miami for the ceremony this weekend. I believe that Christian would NOT be allowed to attend (or at least be on-stage to induct Edge) this weekend if the situation were similar. Is this a major topic? No. But, I like dealing with hypotheticals, sometimes, and I'd like to hear some feedback on this topic. Now, what we've all been waiting for, WM28 predictions!

- Kelly Kelly & Maria Menounos vs. Eve & Beth Phoenix: Sadly, there is hardly any juice to this match and what does the winner really get here other than a payoff/Mania moment? The match WWE should be presenting is Natalya vs. Phoenix for the Divas Title, but the Divas Division in WWE is currently dead (not on life support, but dead). I see no other way that this match would end except for Kelly and Maria winning and making for a great mainstream spot on "Access Hollywood" on Monday.

- Team Teddy vs. Team Johnny: Another hard-luck match that I sense not many people care about, for the most part. The part of this equation that, seemingly, no one has questioned is that John Laurinaitis is still the interim GM of Raw. How does his team winning this match give him complete control of both shows when he's not even the "permanent" GM of Raw? Am I the only person that has seen this storyline gap? Regardless, I can't see Team Johnny NOT winning this one, setting up yet another run of a heel GM that has been done to death since Vince McMahon and Eric Bischoff killed the role in the Attitude Era.

- Randy Orton vs. Kane: This is the last time I'll say this, but does anyone really care about this match? Both guys are good workers and highly-respected. However, it's more of a "leftovers match" than anything. Orton should probably be semi-headlining with Daniel Bryan, but, instead, is stuck in a match with no real juice to it. The back-story on why Kane targeted Orton is also very flimsy and I never bought into it. I am going with Orton to give the crowd something else to be happy about and to give something else for Kane to be angry about.

- Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes (IC Title): This should be a solid match, but I'm not sure how much time it will get. Rhodes has stepped up his game big-time in the past 12 months and I see him finding a dirty way to pull this one out or maybe weasel away with the IC Title via a DQ loss or a count-out.

- Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan (World Heavyweight Title): Sadly, I don't see Bryan holding the World Title past Sunday. Why that's sad is because Bryan has really start to hit his stride with his character shift and I like his dynamic with A.J. brought weekly to Smackdown. That said, I'm not into Sheamus as a face character and if he's going to run with the ball, the WWE machine must get behind him and quickly. His character has no real depth to it right now, and I felt he was knocked down some as a face when he associated with Hornswoggle months ago. I'll be pulling for Bryan, but my head says Sheamus.

- Undertaker vs. Triple H (Hell in a Cell/HBK Special Ref): The Streak will continue! The only question is how "pure" the win will be and how much these guys can pull off another effort like they did last year. Taker hasn't wrestled and is coming off hip surgery. I'm also curious to see if blood will be re-introduced after many years without it. The obvious finish is usually the right way to go, but only if it leads to something good or better. Hunter vs. HBK at WM29 could be another great match. However, I don't want to see it announced a year out and I'd like something subtle to occur to allow this to fester over the next nine months until it reaches a boiling point where Hunterwill challenge Shawn. As for Taker, I don't think he'll retire and will set WM30 as his swan song.

- Chris Jericho vs. CM Punk (WWE Title): I believe this has been a great build with two traditional-minded wrestlers that know how to work in modern times with their finger on the pulse of what is current. I think no matter which guy wins, this match will be the best on the show if it's allotted the right amount of time. Since I have to pick a winner, I'm going with Jericho here, even though I think Punk deserves this to be his signature solo WM match. The only reason I pick Jericho here is because I'm thinking like WWE Creative. The next PPV is Extreme Rules in Chicago. I could see WWE developing a a month-long chase with Punk recapturing the title in his hometown with a great crowd like at Money in the Bank last July. The right decision is let Punk run with the title for a year-plus. However, there may be a month-long gap instead. I don't think it's the right decision, but I feel it will be the one that's made.

- John Cena vs. The Rock: Well, after a year-long build (kinda), it's come to this weekend! As much as I want to see this match, I'm pretty sure I now don't want there to be a re-match or Best of Three series. I think both guys are tapped out on each other and don't think they can take it any further. With that said, I have Cena winning this one. I agree with Cena when he says that he "has to win" this one. Will the Cena-haters go mad? Probably. However, I can't see Cena not winning over a part-time Rock unless two things follow.

First would be Cena going heel after a huge loss like this. Many people want to see it, but it's not going to happen. The second thing has a better chance than Cena going heel, I feel. That would be Rock gunning for Taker at WM29 to add Taker to the list of Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, and Cena as guys he's beaten at Mania. However, I think both would have to happen to make the pay-off of Rock winning worthwhile. A heel Cena would also open up the only way I'd like to see another match or two between them because it would bring out a new, aggressive side to Cena. However, that's all fantasy booking on my end and I can't see Cena NOT winning in some way, shape, or form come late Sunday night.
