Matt Guerra of Bayonne N.J.: Sting signing with WWE is almost as good an idea as Goldberg signing with the WWE. Oh wait, that didn't work out. I guess it is as good an idea as Scott Steiner signing with the WWE. I mean imagine those classic matchups he would have with the likes of Test. Oh wait, that didn't work either. DDP, now that is a way to go out. Sign with the WWE. Oh wait, they made you lose to the Undertaker's Wife. Well, I guess that didn't work, either. The moral of the story is if you're not created by the WWE, you get jobbed out. It would be a travesty to Sting's career to see him losing to no talent workers like Umaga. For what, a few extra bucks? The WWE writers wouldn't have a clue how to use them because they are apparently not allowed to look at old wrestling tapes, especially from WCW. Don't seem to see any WCW DVDs coming out, now do you?

Ben Ochoa of Austin, Tex.: Sting would be a great addition to the WWE roster. I can't remember a more recent time when main event talent was so dismal as it is today. Sting against Undertaker or HBK would be major Dream Matches. Sting taking on his greatest rival Ric Flair could potentially draw more now than it did back in the day. This being said, Sting (or Ric Flair for that matter) is not nearly as good of a worker as he once were, but his name is still a top draw. The best outcome of Sting's upcoming contact experation would be if he went to WWE and was given a true oppertunity to shine against up and coming stars like Ken Kennedy or Cody Rhodes. If TNA and Sting do reach an agreement, then his name in the wrestling world may just disapear after another two years; I hope this is not true.

John Dupont of Baton Rouge, La.: Sting wrestling in the WWE sounds very intriguing. Because of the demands of both sides, however, I doubt those two parities willl ever unite. Sting doesn't want to do house shows and does not like the raunchy content of the WWE. Those are two elements - particularly the content - where Vince McMahon would not budge. At the same time, McMahon's history shows he holds nothing more than contempt for a personality or concept he didn't nurture. The way he has handled Ric Flair and ECW are classic examples. I've followed Sting since he was known as one of the Blade Runners in Mid-South Wrestling, and it's been a pleasure to watch him develop into one of the all-time greats. Matches against the Undertaker, Rock, and Shawn Michaels would be classics - if they were booked properly. Otherwise, I see a WWE-employed Sting being the latest member of the Vince McMahon "Kiss My Ass" Club.

T. Dumais: What the WWE could do with Sting might not be what they should do. Why should the fans trust WWE to not job out Sting to Triple H? Undertaker? Sting has been damaged in TNA, almost beyond repair. One great match at Bound for Glory isn't enough to reverse the two years of mediocre crap he has been putting out. If the WWE brings in Sting, it would only be fore basic matches and to lose to the WWE giants who are salivating at the though of putting his name on their ''conquered'' list. The WWE would probably not put him against people who could utilize his average skill, such as Shawn Michaels or Chris Jericho. I think it's time Sting retires, for good, and hope the other three million fans who haven't seen his run in TNA enjoy only the good memories they have. I will soon be beginning to think the same for Kurt Angle if he keeps his act up too.

For the sake of clarity to our readers (and to save us time editing these same things over and over), please follow these simple conventions when writing Torch Reax:

-Wrestlers teaming together should be connected with "&" symbol (e.g. Hunter & Michaels, Devon & Ray) or with a "/" (e.g. Animal/Hawk, Harris/Storm), but not dashes and not the word "and."

-To designate wrestlers who are fighting, feuding, or wrestling each other, put a dash (-) between them (e.g. Michaels-McMahon, Jarrett-Sting, Hogan-Andre) or use "vs."

-The word versus should always be abbreviated this way: "vs." with a period afterward (not "v." or "v/s" or "VS" or "VS." or any other way).

-Plus, it's just our policy, but we don't indulge wrestling promotions' strange spelling fetishes where they spell Raw, Smackdown, Heat, Impact, etc. with the haphazard capitalization of various leTTeRz. It seems very "junior high," so no Raw (it's Raw), no iMPACT (it's Impact), etc.

-Please try to avoid overuse of dot-dot-dots. If you have a thought that's "trailing off," you can use for effect, but otherwise, just use periods, commas, and our personal favorite, semicolons if you dare. We have always had a policy of only one exclamation point and no ALL CAPS. Let your words convey the meaning of your point. There's many to choose from out there.
