WWE Raw Reax #4: "Orton sells the supekick better than anyone. That Linda Blair Exorcist headspin was awesome."

Gary Graham of Zanesville, Ohio (2.0): Best Match: Main Eevent. Worst Match: Rest of show. What crap that was. An Austin beer bath? DX and their lame jokes. Oliy naked Guy. Orton "laid out"at the end of the show? Where have I seen that before? And as for Orton, I'd say he's being used worse now now that he has the belt than when he didn't. Not the best way to push your champ. He better go over HUGE on HBK next week and at the PPV. or esle he's done for. And whether you like him or not, Orton sells the supekick better than anyone. That Linda Blair Exorcist headspin was awesome. And how about J.R.'s comment in the Survivor Series match rundown saying the Triple H tag match will be the match of the show? I wonder why he said that? Could it be Triple H is in it? And I said this before but please get rid of the midget. He ran his course so go away.

Mike G. of New York City, N.Y. (4.5): Best Match: Santino vs. Austin segment. Worst Match: Creative Team vs. The Fans. I get it. WWE is in hard times. The roster is slimmer than normal, and the ratings are down. With all due respect to anyone whom this may offend, the WWE can't blame Benoit for much longer. I understand he did something horrific, and I understand that there is a big steroid and drug scandal going on right now, but when it all comes down to it, now is the time to step up. Now is the time to make lemonade out of lemons. It looks like they are picking names out of a hat and putting them in matches. Give talent a chance to show what they are made of. Now isn't the time to express their displeasure with the Internet; now is the time to actually give the fans what they want. We want storylines that get us excited. We want Chris Jericho, and not a doggy treat being held above our noses. We want matches that can wow us. We want things to make SOME sense. When you have names like Kennedy, Hardy, Shelton, HBK, Triple H, Santino - you have the tools necessary to make a REAL show. They just don't seem to know how to do it. It's time for the company to wake up. They need to swallow their pride and accept the fact that the reason the fans aren't happy is because we hold them to a higher standard than this. It's time for Michael Hayes, Brian Gewirtz, and Stephanie McMahon to lock themselves in a room and fix this mess.

Joe Borzotta (5.5): Best: Hardy/Mysterio vs. Finlay/Kennedy. Worst: DX opening. Watching two 40-plus year old men (or thereabouts) spend 20 minutes of lame attempts at comedy to build up to yelling, "It's time to suck it!" was pitiful, painful and embarassing. If Triple H is such a student of the game, he needs to look back at how many times active wrestlers who were also bookers lost their objectivity about themselves to the detriment of the product.
