QUESTION OF THE WEEK: How has your opinion of Bret Hart been affected after reading his autobiography? Jan 21, 2008 - 8:42:03 AM
For this week's Question of the Week, we’re looking for reader thoughts on how reading Bret Hart's book has affected your personal opinion of Bret. Obviously, we're looking for feedback from readers who have read the book.
Bret is very candid, and I believe very honest in his autobiography published late last year. With the eye-opening stories inside Hart family life, wrestler misbehavior, life on the road, and Bret's mindset throughout his life and wrestling career, how has your opinion been affected? Do you have more respect for Bret after he risked his legacy to write this story that will hopefully benefit readers - both fans and detractors? Or, are the disappointing stories - such as infidelity and drug use - strong enough to change a once-favorable opinion?
We want to hear what your thoughts are on Bret Hart after reading his book. How are you evaluating Bret after reading the stories? I thought Bret presented the information - good and bad - in such a thorough manner, that he leaves the decision up to the reader. It was as if Bret took a more honest approach to the FOX News slogan and said, "I report, you decide."
So, what did you decide about Bret and his story after reading the book? Click on the "Contact Us" link at the top of the Main Listing and send your concise thoughts to James Caldwell. We'll publish the top reader reactions throughout the week.
Send feedback on this article to pwtorch@gmail.com and we'll regularly publish reader feedback in the "Torch Feedback" category on the Main Listing.
