WWE Raw Reax #3: "Good to see Carlito along with Chris Masters, his old pal. I'll never forget the great feud they had in 2006..."

-- 8/3 WWE Raw Reax

Bob Anderson of Turnersville, N.J. (3.0): Best Match: Hunter vs. Legacy Worst: Jeremy Piven and Dr. Ken on WWE programming. This was a two+hour-long infomercial for "The Goods" featuring WWE entertainers, who deserve way better than to have to submit their talents to such ridiculousness. Where is the storytelling? Where is the least bit of believability or intrigue? Does anyone really care about this show anymore – including the writers? Does anyone care about Summerslam or the DX reunion (again)? This show is so stale right now, it's a crime. I'd really be upset if I had purchased a ticket for this mess.

Nick Gifford, Municipal Employee, of Warwick, R.I. The look on Orton's face at the end said it all: "Wow, Cena, I really thought those two actors would spell your destruction once and for all. There's no way I'm beating you at Summerslam, just please, take the belt." So Triple H is getting the group back together, huh? I guess that the one call he was talking about making could have only been to one man...X-PAC! I hope to never see such a sickening display of idiocy from Mark (Swoggle) Henry again. Please find something better for Chavo! Did Carlito wrestle Primo? I blinked and I missed it. Good to see Carlito again during the lumberjack match, along with Chris Masters, his old pal. I'll never forget the great feud they had in spring 2006, which produced a series of epic encounters all over the country, and drew huge money everywhere. Yes, as a matter of fact, I---what am I saying? On what grounds can anyone get away with thinking Shaq could beat the Big Show? Then again, he already jobbed to non-wrestlers Akebono & Floyd Mayweather, so I suppose it's only a matter of time. Soon I suspect other non-wrestlers like Lance Armstrong or maybe Dale, Jr. or Tiger Woods will be put over by the Big Show. Speaking of Show, Big Show & Jericho could have some potential. I saw a sign that said JeriShow...hope that one sticks. Slaughter the guest host next week? I can only imagine how that phone call went: "Hey Sarge, I know we just fired you, but our ratings need a boost, so we were kinda wondering if-" ... "I'll do it!" "Are you sure, Sarge, you're not too busy?" "Nope. Kinda not up to much these days." Looking forward to next week! (I had trouble keeping a straight face while I typed that.)
