Today's Torch Reader Question of the Day is a Christmas Wish List for 2010 in pro wrestling. The following is our first batch of Wish Lists. You can submit your Wish List to pwtorch@gmail.com.

(1) No more PG TV, Guest hosts, or Hornswoggle.

(2) Reintroduction of the Cruiserweight Title.

(3) Un-unify tag titles, one on SD, one on Raw. Obviously more quality tag teams are needed for this to work but that's not a bad thing.

(4) Push stars on their ability. Lots of talent are going nowhere because they're not friends with Triple H, don't shine Vinces shoes, or because they've made a comment Vince didn't like. Some talent is being pushed simply because they're a company man who sells lots of shirts and appeals to pre-teens.

(5) Just end the SuperCena gimmick.

(1) I wish that Chikara would continue to grow and someday expand their outreach from DVD sales to an actual TV deal.

(2) For ROH to continue to grow in popularity, and to have more Midwest shows.

(3) For stars like Bryan Danielson, Nigel Wolfe, and the MCMG to break through to the next level.

(4) For people to realize that there are much better alternatives to the tired and expired WWE.

(5) To get to see the Whole-F'n Show Rob Van Dam get another run. I can only imagine the greatness of an RVD-Styles program.

(6) To make it through 2010 without any unfortunate in-ring accidents or untimely passing of current or retired talent.

(1) I want to see WWE loosen the reigns on their wrestlers and give them some freedom instead of two minutes and a script so the true talent rises to the top.

(2) I want the guest host to be used only for big occasions with big names who actually want to be there.

(3) I want Jesse Venture back in the broadcast booth!

(4) I want in-ring psychology instead of ridiculous bumps. I want a little harmless blood instead of people falling off ladders and taking chair shots to the head.

(5) I want Sheamus to succeed.

(6) I want WWE and TNA to use a more serious MMA-like approach to their in-ring product and finally acknowledge that a huge portion of their audience has left for the UFC.

(7) I want a John Cena heel turn at WrestleMania.

(8) I want to never see DX on my TV again.

(9) And I want every wrestler to take a few months off like Shawn Michaels, not only to heal their bodies, but to keep themselves fresh with the audience.
