-- 6/14 WWE Raw Reax

Valcho of Bossier, La.: Creative is coming up with good storylines, but they're throwing logic out the window. And an entire PPV mainly consisting of fatal four-way matches is a really pathetic way to try to get PPV buys. Four-way matches are just not memorable and filled with pin break-ups. The NXT Invasion was pretty much the highlight of the whole show. Sure, the follow-up wasn't the best, but it was the best WWE had. And hopefully giving Bret Hart until the PPV on Sunday means the angle will be played up across all WWE shows this week. And, by the way, has anyone else noticed the WWE only uses Oldsmobiles in their car scenes?

Patrick, Torch reader: I've lost interest in the NXT angle already. Without Bryan Danielson, it means nothing. They just barely mentioned he was gone and that he "had regret for his actions," and that was it. Losing Bryan was a blow to the NXT Rookies. They tried rebounding, but I didn't think it was good at all. Between being chased off, then assaulting Bret at the end, I really thought it meant nothing. Watching the main event, I saw several times where Edge or Sheamus were trying to choke Cena during the match. Yet, Bryan gets fired? It doesn't make sense. Also, I noticed Jericho didn't come out in the main event to defend Raw from the Rookies. Finally, I guess kidnapping and trying to smash someone with a car is all right, but what happened last week was not. It seems like WWE is hypocritical in this case.

Neil O'Brien of Vancouver, Canada: Well, that was quick! How can you tell when WWE "creative" has run out of ideas for a major angle? They start smashing limousines on WWE TV. I was hoping it would be at least a few more weeks before they fell back on this incredibly lazy stand-by gimmick. But, it took them only one week this time around. I hope WWE "creative" decides to fill or "pad" the next few weeks by having the NXT guys spray-painting their logos on the WWE TV trucks, steal and vandalize a championship belt or two, and even blow up a bus (or another limo) before somehow re-vamping the Montreal Screwjob of '97 to serve as the "crescendo" of the NXT Invasion storyline. You don't want to rush originality, y'know!

Bill Sartori of Windsor Locks, Conn. (2.5): Wanted: Raw continuity director. Would be responsible for ensuring that what gets shown on Raw has logic and pacing to the plot lines. How did Bret Hart get himself shanghaied in the back, shoved into a limo, and banged around like bumper cars by the NXT crew? Just 20 minutes earlier, he was ordering all the Raw wrestlers to the front to stop the NXT wrestlers from sabotaging the main event. Why was he in the back? Did I miss something? Did Hart need to take a smoke break, answer a call, have a quickie? Does this also mean that all future Raw main events don't get finished in favor of the obligatory NXT run-in to end the show? Also no one on stage noticed that the lights went off and Hart was nowhere to be found. Did they need a GPS system to find the backstage area? Sting can traverse the catwalk area of the Impact Zone without lights, but they can't see anything? Second point: No more guest hosts in squash matches. Please!
