VIP-exclusive Torch Daily Blitz 8/31: In episode 93 of the Torch Daily Blitz, Burgan looks at the "Wrestling Gold" series of DVDs that were produced by Kit Parker Films in the early part of this century. An amazing collection of matches featuring pretty much every single top star of the era. You'll get matches with guys such as Bruno Sammartino, the Road Warriors, Austin Idol, Jerry Lawler, Shawn Michaels, Tully Blanchard, Dick the Bruiser, the Crusher, and many more. Fantastic audio and video quality, but the key to the collection is intros and alternate commentary by Jim Cornette and Dave Meltzer. A must have for wrestling fans young and old, Derek looks at "The Maim Event," one of the five DVDs included in Wrestling Gold's special edition collection.
