WWE News: Survivor Series main event announced on local Miami television during Raw Oct 16, 2007 - 4:17:08 PM
Local ads during Raw advertised a Survivor Series main event of Randy Orton & Umaga vs. Shawn Michaels & Triple H.
WK Analysis: The advertised match used to sell tickets can change once the PPV date gets closer if booking plans change or injuries occur, but this sounds like a logical progression of current storylines. Unfortunately, there's no fresh blood in there with, say, Jeff Hardy or Mr. Kennedy. Kennedy, I assume, will be feuding with Chris Jericho by then, but Jeff Hardy deserves some serious PPV main event consideration. Even if they still feel he's not dependable, for business and to give the fans what they want, he's worth running near the top of cards on a more serious level rather just utilizing him as a utility guy who always gets a pop but never gets a serious push.
