WWE News: Jericho confirms he's not returning to WWE "tomorrow," but within "ten years" Oct 20, 2007 - 12:23:28 PM
In an interview with the Edmonton Sun, Chris Jericho narrowed down his return to date to "sooner than ten years and later than tomorrow." Key excerpts of the interview:

--"It's the 'Paul is Dead' of wrestling," Jericho said over the phone when asked if he plans on returning to a WWE ring soon. "I don't think there are any clues to find. But it adds to the whole legacy. It'll be like a Police reunion, or David Lee Roth returning to Van Halen. No deal has been signed. But a lot of times I'm the last one to know." Jericho admits he's getting the itch to return to the ring but won't say when it'll be.
--"When I left, I wasn't retiring ... I needed a break, I was mentally fried," he said. "When I first left wrestling, I couldn't have cared less about it, but after I finished the book ('A Lion's Tale:Around the World in Spandex'), I realized what wrestling meant to me. "I will go back, absolutely, but when I'm ready. I'll be back sooner than ten years and later than tomorrow. I really don't know. I'm working on this book tour for the next four weeks and my goal is to promote the book."
