Sean "X-Pac" Waltman says he's "doing great" wrestling and living in Mexico after completing WWE-sponsored rehab one year ago when he hit rock bottom health-wise. Waltman credits Vince McMahon and long-time friend Kevin Nash for helping him recover.

"Some people may know, I hit a rough spot a year ago. I don't really want to get into the details of it but those who know, I hit low point in my life," Waltman said on the Monday Night Mayhem radio show. "Courtesy of Vince McMahon, I gotta thank him, I'm doing great now. And now I'm down here headlining in AAA in Mexico."

Waltman says McMahon's money helped him recover, but he doesn't see himself working for WWE anytime soon. He says he's comfortable in Mexico wrestling and having creative input in the AAA product.

"For the time being it's (WWE) really not the place for me," Waltman said. "This is the place for me right now. I'm making good money, I'm featured, and I'm healthy. That's the bottom line, I'm healthy."

Waltman was asked about a potential DX reunion in WWE now that he's healthy and appears to be stable in life. He said he would have to re-prove himself to WWE management that he can handle the schedule and road life again after recovering from last year's health scare.

"They're very weary of me, they love me to death, I love them to death, but I have a lot to prove just to be honest with you," Waltman said.
