-- Former WCW president and WWE on-air authority figure Eric Bischoff posted a blog ripping and praising certain aspects of this week's three-hour Raw. Bischoff says it was the first Raw he had seen in two years. Bischoff blog.

Praise was for Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio, WWE's Wellness Policy, and C.M. Punk. "Punk was the best interview I heard all night. He’s believable, his in ring work is great, and he’s comfortable in his character," said Bischoff. He ripped Triple H's "tired" ring entrance, multiple-men matches with no clear issue, Matt Hardy's promo skills (no surprise there based on their Internet feud several months ago), and the "lame" revelation that Vince McMahon "sold" Raw to Donald Trump.

-- Kane was in India last week doing promotional work for WWE and Ten Sports where he talked on a number of topics in an interview with the Times of India. He said he studied to become a teacher, but didn't pursue it. He said he wouldn't be interested in doing a Bollywood movie because he's not sure about his dancing skills.

Both of his daughters are nurses and "they never wanted to get into WWE." He's politically visible in the Libertarian party, but he says he'd rather be a critic than a politician. "I follow it (politics) closely, but don't really like it," he said. Kane interview.

-- Zack Ryder says he cut his long hair because he wanted a fresh look on the ECW brand. Prior to the Draft in April, Ryder was on the Smackdown brand where he was virtually indistinguishable from and similarly generic in comparison to tag partner Curt Hawkins. "Once I was drafted to ECW, I knew that I needed a fresh look. All of my boys from Long Island have the same haircut that I do now," Ryder said on WWE Universe. Ryder blog.
