-- Last week's episode of WWE Raw from July 20 finished fifth and seventh in the cable TV ratings for the week. The second hour finished fifth with 5.28 million viewers. The first hour of Raw finished seventh with 5.04 million viewers.

Overall for the week, USA Network had eight of the top 13 shows in prime time cable to easily win the week. "Burn Notice" and "Royal Pains" were the top two shows from USA Network with the second and first hours of Raw being the third and fourth-most-watched shows during the week. -- Jakks Pacific reported second quarter earnings today and specifically identified WWE toy sales as being a contributing factor to their weak earnings results. The company reported an astounding $406.5 million overall loss compared to a profit of $4.2 million in the same period last year.

"We continue to experience challenges that are affecting our top and bottom lines, and are clearly in the midst of one of the most difficult economic environments in JAKKS's history," said CEO Jack Friedman.

Jakks identified WWE's product line as "underperforming" and said the company anticipates "sales of core JAKKS products to be lower than expected for this year." WWE and Jakks end their working relationship at the end of this year when WWE begins working with Mattel. Jakks press release.
