-- Best Buy has released the complete listing for the Shawn Michaels "My Journey" WWE DVD that comes out on Tuesday. The three-disc set follows a format of Michaels sitting down with Michael Cole to discuss his career, then one of 22 matches highlighting a particular era. The full listing is here.

-- WWE has an interview with NXT rookie Justin Angel talking about his background growing up the son of a wrestler in South Africa, being a fan of Matt Hardy when Hardy worked a high-flying style, and wanting to work with Shawn Michaels.

The interview also captured the poorly-explained "competition" aspect of NXT. The interviewer asked Angel kayfabe if he considered not pinning William Regal during the tag match main event on this week's show because Regal could vote against him. With no one really knowing whether wins even matter on NXT, which would go against the internal logic of pro wrestling, Angel couldn't answer the question, but he said winning matches matters in his book.

"I've never thought about it that way I wasn’t going to go out there and lose though," he said. "I was out there to win the match and listen to all the advice that my WWE Pro gave me. I’m here to make an impact, and I'm not going to lie down for anybody."

-- Jim Ross has a new blog on jrsbarbq.com talking a number of subjects including blood in wrestling, featuring Divas/Knockouts, whether Bruiser Brody would be a star in today's era, and Iron Sheik not-surprisingly causing a stir on a recent flight.

Ross on the Brody topic: "I think that great talents of previous generations who were athletic and had a high aptitude for the genre especially as it relates to crowd psychology could have been successful today. The necessary, fundamental skill sets haven't changed in the biz. Neither is the basic trait of having heroes and clearly defined villains who are brought together via logical, personal issues or a common agenda such a championship."

For an in-depth discussion of past stars who would be stars today, check out last week's PWTorch Livecast with Brian Hoops and myself discussing this topic in-depth.

-- The Times-Picayune newspaper in New Orleans covered WWE's latest movie being filmed in New Orleans, with legendary musician Peter Frampton on-set. His daughter, Mia Frampton, has a role in the movie.

Randy Orton is in a supporting role, which is part of WWE Studios's strategy shifting wrestlers to supporting roles rather than having to carry the movie in a leading role.
