-- WWE announcer Jim Ross says he's ready to broadcast WrestleMania 26 if WWE makes the call for him to be on the biggest show of the year.

"Hammered my workout 2day. If the call comes, I'll be ready 4 'Mania. Players want to play in the biggest game. This 1 is truly special," Ross said on Twitter over-night.

JC: Ross hasn't publicly disclosed the latest on his contract situation with WWE, but if he's available to call the biggest PPV of the year, WWE would have to be foolish to leave Ross on the sidelines. Undertaker vs. Michaels II just wouldn't be the same without the "acknowledgment of this being historical" in Ross's voice calling that match.

-- Chris Jericho commented on the post-Smackdown dark match he worked with Edge at last night's TV taping.

After Smackdown was taped, Edge and Jericho wrestled a World Hvt. Title match in street clothes for the live audience.

"Wrestled a whole match tonight wearing dress pants, dress shoes, and dress socks. Foolish or stylish????" Jericho said on Twitter.

JC: I imagine both were able to pull it off, so we'll go with stylish. Jericho bumping around like Ric Flair in a suit was assuredly a treat for the audience.
