PWTorch reader Derek Price sent in the following report from Chris Jericho's autograph appearance in Kentucky yesterday before WWE Raw. One news item was Jericho saying his second book is coming out in February 2011.

-- I attended Chris Jericho's signing at FYE in the Fayette Mall in Lexington, Ky. The ads for his appearance were promoting his band Fozzy's new album "Chasing the Grail," and made no mention of him being a WWE Superstar.

In order to get something signed, you had to buy the album, which was priced at $18, but understandable, since you'd have to pay to get something signed at other events like this.

I got in line about 1:20 p.m, and Jericho showed up about 2:20, fashionably late for his advertised 2:00 p.m. signing. From looking around at the 75 or so attendees wrapping around the store, it didn't seem like anyone was there to see him because of his music.

Chris was wearing a distressed t-shirt and mirrored aviator sunglasses, which he never took off the whole time I was there. He was very polite and soft-spoken. He chatted with me briefly about my bands, since I brought him a couple of our CDs as gifts. He was very gracious about signing my copy of his book and taking a photo with me.

Jericho asked how I liked the book, and told me to be on the lookout for the next one, which he said will be coming out in February 2011.

All in all, it was a great experience, as Chris was very personable, and the staff did a good job with keeping everyone in order without being pushy, and even assisted fans with taking photos.
