WWE champion Sheamus made an appearance on "The Big App Show" Friday to hype Summerslam as well as WWE's iPhone app.

"The Big App Show" is a free iPhone app hosted by former MTV personality Adam Curry. Each day, Curry posts a short video reviewing and demonstrating various apps for smart phones. This week, he brought in Sheamus to discuss WWE's app, which is available in the App Store for $1.99.

Although mostly out of character, Sheamus did boast about being a two-time WWE champion within the last year. He appeared overly confident and even referred to the WWE Title as his "pride and joy."

After a short introduction, Curry began working the app and running down the various features. He briefly searched through the "Daily Diva" photo section before finding a video clip of Randy Orton and Sheamus arguing in the ring during Raw last week.

Sheamus noted that there will be a double Raw TV taping on Monday in Los Angeles the night after Summerslam. He then plugged their upcoming international tour of Japan and China.

On the subject of Orton, Sheamus said, "Fella doesn't stand a chance. Look at the difference between me and him. Yeah, he's the Viper, he's deadly, but he ain't no Celtic Warrior."

Newth's Analysis: Sheamus really earned his paycheck with all the hype he squeezed into this short interview. He mentioned Summerslam multiple times, even tossing it out there after Curry tried to close the show. He also made sure to promote the two Raw shows, the next international tour, and of course the WWE app.
