Retired former WWE wrestler JBL says he has no desire to wrestle again, but he would be open to a guest appearance on WWE TV in the future.

"I've got a bunch of travel I want to do. I'm looking forward to doing a lot of things. Wrestling isn't one of them, but like they always say, 'you never know,'" JBL said on the 'Right after Wrestling' satellite radio show last night. Asked if he would return for a guest host/star appearance, JBL replied, "In a heartbeat, yeah."

JBL told RAW host Arda Ocal he was asked to attend Saturday night's Smackdown house show at Madison Square Garden in New York City, but he had a scheduling conflict. He said he would make a future one-off appearance if it matches up with his schedule.

"I'm a WWE guy. No offense to TNA or anybody else, but I'm a WWE guy," he said. "If they called me and asked me to do something, I would probably do it. If, if I could do it with the schedule."

JBL said he still converses with Vince McMahon, John Cena, The Undertaker, and Michael Cole from WWE. He said he doesn't follow the wrestling product on TV since he's doesn't watch TV while traveling, but he's heard about Alberto Del Rio doing the latest version of his gimmick.

JBL was complementary of Del Rio and put over his amateur wrestling background. JBL noted he himself stole Ted DiBiase's gimmick and the J.R. Ewing character from "Dallas," so it's not like the character hasn't been before.

Regarding The Miz, who recently referenced him in a promo when he claimed he was hazed, JBL said emphatically confirmed he hazed Miz and would do it again. He offered high praise for Miz and claimed he saw something in him earlier in his career.

"I hope Miz is very succesful. Did I haze him? Hell, yes I hazed him," he said. "I make no apology for that whatsoever. When I started, guys were hazed and they were hazed for good reason. They want to know in a riot, which we had a few back in the day, were you going to run or leave. Now, it's not a huge part. There is no place for it in a sterile, corporate world that is now WWE."

JBL added: "When Miz came in, most of the haze was me working on the mic, in the ring," JBL said. "I thought he had an ability to be a heel. I really thought he had it. I thought he was so good that I gave him a lot of advice. Did I haze him? Probably. I'm not going to apologize for it. I don't give a s---.

"I am very happy for The Miz. I hope he succeeds. I hope he headlines WrestleMania and I hope he keeps cutting promos on me. It benefits me zero because I have no desire to come back or do anything else. But, when you're talking about what's going forward, there's probably not a place for that (hazing)."
