(1) Wow. Apparently Randy Orton is injured with a separated shoulder. Now, like the rest of you, I don't want this Orton babyface train to come to an abrupt end. But, either two things went down at the Over The Limit PPV: Orton's injured or it's a really stupid way to introduce an injury angle to "fool the rubes." So, I'm going with the notion that Orton is injured. See what happens when you don't wear wrist tape like you usually do? Bad stuff happens. Or maybe Orton got bored and faked an injury because he wanted a smoke break.

(2) It's not all bad. They can bring back RNN and have Orton tell fans that his shoulder is healing nicely and that they can send well wishes to getwellrandy.com. (2002 represent!)

(3) What a bad luck PPV. It was almost like the WWE Superstars were trapped on some mysterious island and crazy things happened. (There's your obligatory Lost reference.) Orton's apparently out, Show vs. Swagger was the same old dull WWE shtick, and Cena vs. Batista just got too absurd and silly with Dave trying to run over Cena.

(4) Man, Over The Limit...sniff, sniff...smelled like a weak PPV a mile away. One of the more frustrating things about being a wrestling fan is when WWE drags out storylines and matches because they have nothing else going on. Yes, typically WWE books the right decisions (neither
Show or Swagger could afford to lose), but it's hard not to feel disappointed with the night.

(5) I hope that they do lift the blood ban. Not because I'm a bloodthirsty guy, but because it smacks everything I grew up on when watching wrestling. It doesn't totally kill the momentum of the match, but it sure doesn't help.

(6) It's going to be a long road for one Ted DiBiase. He's not ready to have a PPV match by himself and WWE had to put the original gangster, Virgil, by his side to encourage people to care. And management fave R-Truth got the victory.

(7) I guess Kane is all for sex, drugs, and rock & roll with his helping out of Rey Mysterio. They'll probably lengthen this Mysterio-Punk feud some more. But, Kane? I guess they needed something for him to do.

(8) When he was an ECW announcer, Matt Striker used to dumbfound us with his nerdy knowledge. Now, repackaged as a "hip, young, and sassy WWE dude," he's dumbfounding us with edgy quips like that "Get your immigration papers, Rey" line. Oof.

(9) Did you catch that bit with Drew McIntyre telling Teddy Long that he's no Martin Luther King? What's with WWE inserting current events in their programming lately? Do I really need to hear bad comedy lines from Zack Ryder about Arizona's immigration law? No. They're better at the fart and pee jokes (they have had extensive experience in this area).

(10) What's the next PPV? A fatal-four way match gimmick PPV. How about a Triple H themed PPV? People will buy that. And we have the possibility of a Cena vs. Sheamus bathroom brawl sponsored by Gillette shaving cream. Gillette: the best a man can get.
