WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross noted on jrsbarbq.com that Terry Funk is rumored to induct Abdullah the Butcher into the 2011 WWE Hall of Fame class.

"Word on the street, and not officially confirmed, is that Terry Funk, WWE HOF'er and a rather hardcore individual to this very day, will induct the originator of hardcore Abdullah the Butcher into the WWE Hall of Fame Saturday night at the sold-out Phillips Arena."

Ross also noted the Hall of Fame speeches will not be clocked this year. In recent years, WWE placed time restrictions on the inductors and inductees to meet turnaround times for a condensed Saturday night airing on USA Network.

With this year's Hall of Fame ceremony airing on Monday night, it will give WWE more time to put together a one-hour version.

"There won't be the time restraints on the speakers," Ross said on the "1560 The Game" radio station in Houston on Wednesday. "The good thing is time restraints being somewhat eliminated allow of the participants at the Hall of Fame to tell their stories without a stopwatch staring them in the face."
