• The JWO will select one member of The Luciano Family to join their stable. Their choices are Big Vito, Vincenzo, or Sally Boy.
• JCW co-owner Vince Russo has invited GCW owner Brett Lauderdale to Lunacy after their appearance at BloodyMania 19 last weekend. Russo will reveal why he invited them during the show.
• The Headbangers will make their Lunacy debut. JCW is teasing whether or not there will be tension between them and Violent J due to their history in WWE.
• JCW Lunacy World Championship #1 Contender match: James Storm vs. Cokane vs. Shane Mercer vs. Steven Flowe
• Also on the show: Barnabas The Bizarre regroups after losing The Outbreak and being attacked by Hokane and Kerry Morton will also have a promo segment.
