Attendance: WrestleTix reported that 6,387 tickets had been distributed; arena is set up for 6,780. The arena has a capacity of 14,500 spectators when configured for concerts.
-Fire shot off on the stage as Schiavone welcomed everyone to the show. Excalibur ran down the card for All In.
(1) MERCEDES MONE vs. ISLA DAWN
Mercedes’ music played and she stepped out to the stage holding the Owen Hart Tournament belt over her head. Isla Dawn made her entrance to a strong response from her hometown crowd. The bell rang to start the match four minutes into the show.
Mercedes sidestepped a knee and landed a backstabber before choking Dawn across the middle rope. Mercedes delivered double knees in the corner, dragged Dawn out, and went for the cover, but Dawn kicked out at two. Dawn came back with a knee and landed a few forearms before taking Mercedes down with a pair of clotheslines.
Dawn hit a running knee into the corner and a back suplex on Mercedes. Dawn made the cover, but Mercedes kicked out at two. Mercedes came back with a knee and delivered a sunset flip that slammed Dawn’s head into the turnbuckle. Mercedes hit knees in the corner and hit Dawn with the Mone Maker. She locked in the Statement Maker, forcing Dawn to smile as she tapped out.
WINNER: Mercedes Mone in 4:00
(White’s Take: Perfectly good. Mercedes looked good. Dawn looked fine and got such a good reaction that my first thought was they should sign her immediately. Then I remembered she’s from Scotland.)
After the match, Willow came to the ring. Mercedes went for a belt shot, but Willow kicked it out of her hands. Willow took a mic and told Mercedes she can try to take away her moment, but she’s still here.Willow said Mercedes is obsessed with attacking her and her smile. Willow said she’s the women’s world champion and she will walk into Wembley with the title and a smile, and walking out still champion, still smiling.
-Jon Moxley was backstage with Marina Shaifr after Dynamite. Moxley said Nigel is coming home with lightning in a bottle. He said Nigel survived by sheer will and determination. Moxley said Nigel is three seconds from realizing his dream. He said it’s the stuff of movies, a movie he’d watch. Moxley said he likes happy movies, ‘cause the real world is scary enough. He added that there’s a fantasy world people are living in if they think Nigel is going to win. Moxley said in the real world he’ll rip Nigel’s leg off. Moxley said a man isn’t truly free unless he has nothing to lose, nothing to gain, and nothing to hide. He asked which of the two of them that describes. Moxley told Nigel to make sure his hand isn’t shaking, ‘cause his won’t be.
(2) TOMASSO CIAMPA & MARK DAVIS (w/Don Callis) & NICK WAYNE vs. “SPEEDBALL” MIKE BAILEY & KOMANDER & CHRIS JERICHO
Tomasso Ciampa’s music and he made his way to the ring. Mark Davis’ music played and he made his entrance alongside Don Callis. Nick Wayne made his entrance as Callis joined the commentary team. “Speedball” Mike Bailey’s music played and he made his entrance as the commentary team noted that Bailey lost a tooth in his last match. Jericho’s music played and he was probably ecstatic that the crowd sang his music as he made his way to the ring. The bell rang to start the match 21 minutes into the hour.
The crowd chanted for Jericho and Ciampa rolled out of the ring. Jericho forced Ciampa into the corner, but Wayne pulled him off. Bailey entered the match, and then Komander and Davis entered and all six men began to brawl. The action spilled to ringside and Jericho hit a baseball slide dropkick on Ciampa. Bailey hit a moonsault onto Davis and Komander hit a dive onto Wayne at ringside as they went to commercial. [c]
Back from break, Jericho chopped at Wayne and hit a Death Valley Driver. Bailey got the tag and landed a boot on Wayne and Ciampa. Bailey hit a double shotgun dropkick from the middle rope on Wayne and Ciampa. Bailey took Wayne down with a combination of kicks followed by a running shooting star press. Bailey made the cover, but Davis dragged Bailey off and stomped him down in the corner.
Jericho and Komander charged in the ring and forced Ciampa and Davis into opposing corners while Bailey set Wayne up in a third corner. They delivered three simultaneous ten-count punches and three hurricanranas in quick succession. Bailey hit Wayne with a falcon arrow and then a shooting star press from the top rope. Bailey made the cover, but Wayne kicked out at two.
Wayne came back with a flying uppercut and tossed Bailey to ringside. Ciampa pummeled Bailey and then rolled him back into the ring. Wayne made the cover, but Bailey kicked out at two. Ciampa tagged and stomped at Bailey’s legs. Ciampa delivered a scoop slam and Davis added a standing senton as they went to commercial. [c]
They returned from commercial as Bailey caught Davis with a dropkick. Wayne and Ciampa got in a shoving match. Bailey slipped out of Davis’ grip and made the tag to Komander. Komander took Wayne down with a rope-walk into a rebound arm drag. Komander hit Davis with a springboard hurricanrana. Komander hit Ciampa with a kick to the gut followed by a DDT.
Bailey, Jericho, and Komander all hit triangle dropkicks at the same time, knocking Ciampa, Wayne, and Davis off of the apron. Komander, Bailey, and Jericho all hit some dive variation to the outside. Back in the ring, Komander delivered a splash to Ciampa’s back. Komander made the cover, but Ciampa kicked out at two.
Jericho applied The Walls of Jericho to Davis. Wayne and Ciampa tried to break it up , but Komander and Bailey caught them and also put them in Boston crabs. All three submissions were broken as Wayne, Ciampa, and Davis made it to the ropes. Davis caught Jericho with an enzigrui that left both men down.
Bailey got the tag and hit Davis with a low kick followed by a flip into double knees. Bailey went for a spinning kick, but Davis caught him with a sideslam. Ciampa lowered his knee pad and blasted Bailey with a knee. Wayne made to the cover on Bailey, but Jericho broke up the pin.
Wayne set up for a dragon suplex on Jericho, but Jericho slipped out as Ciampa went for a rolling forearm and inadvertently blasted Wayne. Jericho hit Ciampa with The Judas Effect. Davis dropped Jericho with a lariat and Komander took Davis to the outside with a hurricanrana over the ropes. Wayne blocked a kick and set up for the Prodigy Plex, but Komander countered it with an inside cradle for two. Bailey caught Wayne with a standing Spanish Fly into the pin for the win.

(White’s Take: This match would rate pretty high on a list of matches that absolutely don’t need to be 20 minutes long. It also felt very long and included two commercial breaks. The work was very good, but there were a number of eyerolling spots where all three teammates were doing the same moves at the same time. There should never be more than of those types of spots in a match, and you could argue even that is too many.)
-They showed a video package highlighting The Divine Dominion’s tag team title run and their feud with The Brawling Birds. [c]
(3) THE DOGS (Gabe Kidd & Clark Connors & David Finlay) vs. RONAN KING & JUDAS GREY & LANDON RILEY
The Dogs’ music played sending Gabe Kidd crawling out first before being joined by Connors and Finlay on their way to the ring. Their opponents were waiting in the ring already. The bell rang to start the match 47 minutes into the hour.
The dogs swarmed into the ring as a trios and easily tossed their opponents around and brawled out of the ring. Finlay hit a release vertical suplex on Riley in the ring as Kidd drilled King with a brainbuster onto the floor. Connors pounced Grey before Finlay tossed him into the ringpost.
Riley tried to fight off all three members of The Dogs in the ring, but they shrugged it off. Connors hit him with a spear. Kidd hit a piledriver and Finlay added the Overkikk and made the cover for the win.
WINNERS: The Dogs in 2:00
-They showed a video packaging highlighting the feud between Willow Nightingale and Mercedes Mone. [c]
-Nigel was backstage after Dynamite, singing something about coming home. He said it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but if he doesn’t take the title, it’ll haunt him forever. He said he’s going to steal it from Moxley, and the gold in coming home.
[HOUR TWO]
(4) THE LETHAL TWIST (Jay Lethal & Blake Christian & Lee Johnson) & THE DEMAND (Ricochet & Toa Liona & Bishop Kaun) vs. THE BANG BANG GANG (“Switchblade” Jay White & Colten Gunn & Austin Gunn) & BRODIDO (Bandido & Brody King) & “HANGMAN” ADAM PAGE
The Leth Twists’s music played to bring out Jay Lethal, Blake Christian and Lee Johnson holding the ROH trios title. The Demand’s music played to bring out Ricochet flanked by Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona. The lights went out for The Bang Bang Gang’s entrance. Jay White, Austin Gunn, and Colten appeared and made their way to the ring. Brodido’s music played to bring out the trios champions: Brody King, Bandido and “Hangman” Adam Page. The bell rang to start the cluster two minutes into the second hour as all twelve men began to brawl indiscriminately.
Bandido hit a knee on Johnson followed by a thrust kick. Bandido tagged in Page, but Jay White tagged himself instead. White hit a pair of chops on Johnson and tagged in Colten. Colten hit a dropkick. White hit a DDT on Johnson and Austin went for the pin, but Johnson kicked out at two.
Lethal hit Austin with a cutter and then strutted briefly. King entered and hit Lethal with a clothesline. Bandido press-slammed Lethal with one hand. Brody assisted Page and Bandido with splashes onto Letahl. Colten joined in and Brody assisted him with one as well, followed by Austin as well. Bandido attempted to lead his team in The Macarena, but Jay White broke it up, pulling Austin and Colten away. Bandido attempted to get White to do it as well. White struggled with it, eventually starting to dance before the heel team took everyone out from behind.
Liona plowed through Austin, Colten, and Page at ringside. Ricochet and Christian hits dives to the outside. They slid back into the ring and all six men on the team stomped away at Bandido as they went to break. [c]
They returned from commercial as Johnson, Christian and Kaun all hit senton from the apron onto Brody in the ring. Liona added an ugly version as well. Brody hit Kaun with a big right hand. Liona charged into a lariat from Brody that left both men down. Page hit right hands on Lethal, Christian, and Johnson. Page hit a clothesline that knocked Ricochet to ringside.
Page hit a fallaway slam on Christian and then hit a crossbody onto Ricochet, Johnson and Lethal at ringside. Page added a moonsault to the outside on the same three men. Christian came back with a handspring into a corkscrew kick. Page caught Christian with a powerbomb before everyone spilled into the ring and brawled around the ring again.
Kaun and Liona hit Page with an assisted cutter in the center of the ring and Christian added a springboard 450 splash. Christian made the cover, but Page kicked out at two. King and Bandido simultaneously dove onto Christian, Johnson, Kaun, and Liona. Page set up for a buckshot lariat on Lethal as White made the blind tag. Lethal ducked Page but stumbled into a Blade Runner attempt from White. Lethal escaped, but only to get hit by the second buckshot lariat attempt. White gave Page a thumbs up and the delivered the Blade Runner to Lethal. White made the cover for the win.
WINNERS: The Bang Bang Gang & Brodido & “Hangman” Adam Page in 14:00
(White’s Take: 12 is simply too many people for one match. You can guess what that means for the upcoming trios title match at All In. Everyone performed fine, and there was no shortage of cool and interesting spots. The highlight was Jay White trying to keep Colten and Austin from doing the Macarena. Unfortunately, he succumbed to the peer pressure, leading to the entire babyface team getting beat down from behind, reminding us once again that if we didn’t have stupid babyfaces, we wouldn’t have any babyfaces at all.)
After the match, The Dogs and Death Riders hit the ring resulting in eighteen or so people in the ring brawling. The Conglomeration charged the ring and then there were more than 20. The brawl continued as they cut to commercial. [c]
-They showed a quick video recapping the main event feud between Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay
(5) SKYE BLUE vs. HARLEY CAMERON
Skye Blue’s music played and she made her way to the ring. Harley Cameron’s music and she made her return to the ring. The bell rang to start the match 23 minutes into the second hour.
Cameron hit a couple of knee strikes to the gut but then charged into a boot from Blue. Blue mounted Cameron and pummeled her. Cameron came back with a running lariat and a splash in the corner. Cameron hit the ten-count punches on Blue in the corner. Blue ducked a kick, but Cameron hit a knee that knocked Blue out of the ring.
Cameron hit a wrecking ball dropkick through the ropes and then rammed Blue’s face into the apron. Cameron charged Blue, but she stepped aside and tossed Cameron into the steel ring stairs. Blue rammed Cameron into the barricade as they went to commercial. [c]
Back from break, Cameron set blue up onto the top turnbuckle. Cameron went for a superplex, but Blue slipped out, tucked Cameron’s head under the turnbuckle and delivered a thrust kick. Blue followed up with a powerbomb into a pin, but Cameron kicked out at two.
Blue went for a charging knee, but Cameron caught it and came back with a flurry of forearms. Blue connected with a thrust kick, but Cameron came back with a headbutt. Blue and Cameron traded kicks until Cameron connected with crucifix bomb. Blue fired right back with a running knee that left both women down.
Julia Hart appeared at ringside and slid the Stardom title to Blue. Cameron wrestled the belt away from Blue only for the ref to take it. As the ref handed the title to someone, Blue used the other Stardom belt to crack Cameron over the head, Blue made the cover and got the win.
WINNER: Skye Blue in 8:00
(White’s Take: This match was perfectly fine, which should be commended, because with two, there was the propensity for this match to oscillate between clunky and disastrous. Aside from a few weak spots, it was mostly good. Also nice to have Harley back as she got a solid reaction from the crowd.)
-They cut to a video of Maya World from earlier in the day at Wembley Stadium. She said she was embarrassed by Persephone attacking her and challenged Persephone to a TBS title match on the pre-show of All In.
-Don Callis’ single note played to bring out Callis, Rocky Romero, Brian Cage, and Jake Doyle to the stage. Callis introduced Kevin Knight and his music played to play the entire group to the ring. Knight took a mic and noted that Darby had asked far he was willing to take it and added that he will take it all the way. Knight said he’s sent Darby to the ER three times, and it won’t be any different at Wembley.
Knight asked where Darby was at, and a random hooded figured emerged from the crowd and attacked the group. As they beat him down, it was apparent that the man was not Darby, but Steven Borden. Don Callis stopped the group from attacking him. Callis told Borden he could be better than his father, but it won’t happen if he listens to Darby Allin. Callis said he knows all about Borden before listing off some of his football accomplishments. Callis told Borden that he breeds champions. Callis said he knows Borden came out to join the family, ‘cause there’s no way he came out to get his ass kicked. Botden took the mic from Callis and said he was here to tell Knight and Callis that Darby will be there Wednesday and that he’ll take the TNT title off Knight’s waist. Knight hit Borden with a cheap shot followed by a shot with the TNT title. As the group left, Kyle Fletcher’s music played and he merged wearing a suit and holding the International title. He glanced at Knight as he made his way to the commentary table. [c]
(White’s Take: Knight continues to improve and feel more confident in his heel role. Still not perfect, but moving in the right direction. Callis continues to be a good, conniving manager.)
(6) THE BEAST MORTOS vs. KONOSUKE TAKESHITA
The Beast Mortos made his entrance. Takeshita’s music played and he made his way to the ring as Fletcher ran down their history a bit, accusing Takeshita of being a selfish member of the family. The bell rang to start the match 47 minutes into the hour.
Takeshita brushed off a should tackle. They hit each other with shoulder blocks and then double clotheslines. Mortos charged into a boot and Takeshita added a flying clothesline. Mortos caught Takeshita with a boot and delivered an inverted slingblade. Mortos dropped Takeshita to the apron and knocked him off with a back elbow. Mortos hit the opposite ropes and nailed Takeshita with a tornillo dive to the outside. Mortos rolled Takeshita back into the ring and hit a backbreaker as they went to commercial. [c]
Back from break, Takeshita was eyeing Fletcher on commentary before dumping Mortos over the top rope to the floor. Takeshita hit a flipping dive onto Mortos and then got in Fletcher’s face at the desk. Takeshita hit an exploder suplex and made the dover, but Mortos kicked out at two. Takeshita ducked a forearm and landed a blue thunder bomb. Takeshita held on for the pin, but Mortos kicked out at two.
Mortos dodged a running boot from Takeshita and landed a spear. Mortos charged again but ran into a knee from Takeshita. Mortos hit a kick to the back, a back elbow, and a headbutt. Mortos followed up Takeshita with a crucifix bomb. Mortos attempted to lift Takeshita up, but Takeshita countered it into a crucifix bomb of his own. Takeshita followed up with the Raging Fire, holding on for the pin.
WINNER: Konosuke Takeshita in 11:00
(White’s Take: Mortos got his spots in and Takeshita always delivers, so the pointless match with the obvious winner was still solid. Fletcher was pretty good on commentary and helped add some nuance behind his feud with Takeshita, and Okada.)
-Fletcher slipped into the ring and hit Takeshita from behind with the title belt after the match. Fletcher rained down punches on Takeshita while screaming, “I hate you.” Fletcher set to title on the mat and drilled Takeshita with a brainbuster onto the belt. Fletcher held the Intternational title high standing over Takeshita as Excalibur breathlessly ran down matches from All In and they went off the air.
FINAL THOUGHTS: If you read this whole report, you put more thought into Collision than AEW did. Collision typically feels like an afterthought, but it’s always exacerbated on PPV weekends. With All In set in stone at this point, the matches on the show seemed to mean even less than normal (if that’s even possible). Moxley is always around for a good promo, and Nigel’s was fine as well, but neither added much to their match. The only moderate piece of news was Maya World defending the TBS title on the preshow. That’s the only thing someone might miss if they skipped this show, and even that they’d figure out pretty quickly.
