Monday, August 8 Update

WWE officially acknowledged Ryback’s departure from the company on Monday:

“Effective today, Aug. 8, 2016, WWE has parted ways with Ryback and he is no longer under contract. WWE wishes Ryback the best in all his future endeavors.”

Friday, August 5 Report

WWE star Ryback (Ryan Reeves) announced Friday that he is leaving WWE.

WWE has yet to acknowledge Ryback’s exit and he is still listed on WWE’s roster page.

“‘The Big’ Ryback would like to wish WWE the best in their future endeavors. From this point forward, myself and WWE will no longer be conducting business together,” Ryback said in a social media video Friday.

Ryback also announced the launch of “FeedMeMore.com” on Monday, August 8 with clothing, nutrition, and an inspirational book.

Ryback said he is also taking wrestling bookings on a “full schedule” after leaving WWE. He said he can be booked at BookTheBigGuy@yahoo.com.

Ryback was not drafted in the recent WWE roster split after walking away from WWE in May. The two sides were unable to resolve business differences, prompting Ryback to leave the company three months later.

Earlier this year, Ryback and WWE had a dispute over trademarks for Ryback’s signature phrases “Feed Me More” and “The Big Guy.”

Ryback also expressed his dissatisfaction with his place on the WrestleMania line-up earlier this year, setting up his eventual exit from the company.

  1. Don’t bump your ass on the way out. You were not needed at all. WWE provides equal opportunity for burying talent and destroying careers and having talent destroy their bodies for very little money.
